The checker also gives suggestions that aren’t marketplace rules: start with your brand, include size or count, avoid long comma lists and all-caps words. Clear, specific titles help shoppers and AI shopping assistants such as Amazon’s Alexa for Shopping and Walmart’s Sparky match your product to what people ask for.
A title pattern that works on both marketplaces
Brand + product type + key feature + size, count or color
Example: “Brightline Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle with Straw Lid, 32 oz” is 71 characters, so it fits Amazon’s 75-character limit and Walmart’s 150. On Walmart you can add one more useful detail, such as the material or a use, if it helps shoppers.
