Amazon FBA reimbursements, found and filed before the window closes

Amazon pays many warehouse losses on its own, then stops. Removal orders, short inbound shipments, fees charged on the wrong size and payouts below your cost all need a claim. Our Amazon FBA reimbursement service finds those items in your reports, files each one with the evidence Amazon asks for, and keeps at it until Amazon decides.

The gap

Where Amazon's automatic reimbursements stop

Since November 2024 Amazon reimburses most warehouse losses without a claim. This is what still falls through, and what we do about each one.

Who it's for

A good fit if you are

  • FBA sellers on Amazon.com or Amazon.ca, from small catalogs to brands shipping pallets every week
  • Seller-fulfilled and Seller Fulfilled Prime sellers with Amazon-issued refunds
  • Wholesalers and brands with frequent inbound shipments and removal orders
  • Sellers moving from another reimbursement service who want every claim checked by a person

What we won't claim

  • Claims for units that are actually still in your inventory, or claims without evidence
  • Accounts that aren't in normal status: Amazon requires it while a claim is filed and reviewed
  • Items disposed of at your request, defective items, or items damaged by the customer

What our team does

The work behind every claim

Reconcile your reports

Inventory Ledger, Reimbursements, FBA Customer Returns, Removal Order Detail, Shipping Queue and your fee lines, side by side.

Fix the payout basis

Enter your real sourcing cost with invoices, so future losses are paid at what you actually paid.

Ask for documents once

Invoices, proofs of delivery, bills of lading and photos, collected in one request instead of dozens.

File one claim at a time

A person researches each claim and sends it inside its window, never in bulk.

Follow up until Amazon decides

Case closed without an answer? We reopen it with exactly what Amazon asked for.

Cover seller-fulfilled orders

SAFE-T claims and A-to-z appeals, with the tracking and photos each one needs.

Questions

Asked by sellers before they start

Which Amazon reimbursements are never paid automatically?

Lost or damaged removal orders, short inbound shipments and fees charged on the wrong size or weight always need a claim. Payouts below your cost need a dispute, and seller-fulfilled refunds need a SAFE-T claim.

Why was my reimbursement lower than what I paid?

Usually because your cost isn't on file, so Amazon used its own estimate, or because the unit was graded unsellable. Put your cost in Manage Your Sourcing Cost with an invoice, then dispute the payout within 60 days.

Can a reimbursement older than 60 days still be claimed?

Some can. Return claims run to day 120 after the refund, lost removals to day 75, and fee errors to day 90 after each charge. Warehouse losses count 60 days from when Amazon records the loss, not when it happened.

Will filing claims put my Amazon account at risk?

Rushed, repeated or unsupported claims can. Amazon's policy warns against "insufficiently researched or premature requests" and says repeat senders may face delayed support or account action.

What happens if Amazon finds the unit after paying me?

Amazon keeps the right to take the reimbursement back. We track reversals alongside payouts, and any fee we charged on a reversed payout is credited on your next invoice.

Do you file SAFE-T claims for seller-fulfilled orders?

Yes, for refunds Amazon issued. The window is 30 days since February 16, 2026. Refunds you issued yourself, and refunds Amazon made because a return wasn't processed within 4 days, aren't eligible.

Do you work on Amazon.ca?

Yes. The same claim types apply on Amazon.ca, with a CAD 5,000 cap per unit and a CAD 400 cap on Multi-Channel Fulfillment losses.
