Inventory
Units on hand, available, on the way in and not sellable, days of stock at your recent sales, and stock value at the landed cost you entered.
Free for Amazon and Walmart sellers · USA & Canada
See what each month and each product actually made after marketplace fees, cost of goods, advertising and your running costs. It comes free with your RetailerBox login, along with inventory, order and shipment pages for your store.
What the report shows
Built from the marketplace's own payment lines, so every fee is the one you were actually charged.
Where the numbers come from
Nothing is estimated from averages. Where a figure needs something only you know, such as what a product cost you, you add it.
| Walmart | Amazon | |
|---|---|---|
| Sales and fees | Payment reconciliation files, read with each sync for a connected store, or uploaded | Settlement reports (Flat File V2), or the Transaction view (Date Range Report), uploaded |

| Shipments | Walmart inbound shipments, updated with each sync | Received Inventory and Removal Order Detail reports, uploaded |

Questions
Yes. The profit and loss, inventory, orders and shipments pages come with a free RetailerBox login, and no card is needed to sign up.
No. You connect your Walmart store from your RetailerBox account or upload your payment reports; for Amazon you upload the reports we list for you. We never ask for your password.
As far back as the payment files on hand. For a connected Walmart store, the newest payment files are read first and older ones are added with each sync, until about nine months are in. For Amazon, upload as many settlement reports as you want to cover.
Yes. Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Walmart.com and Walmart.ca. Each store is reported in its own currency, and US and Canadian dollars are never added together.
They stay listed, marked as removed, so their past sales, costs and profit keep their name and history.
